Creative System Rebuild

Direct-response creative that keeps your ad account full of winners

Most Shopify brands do not stall on media buying. They stall because they cannot produce new winning ads week after week. We rebuild the creative system: customer research first, then angles written in your buyers' own words, matched to how aware they already are, and tested every week so the winners keep coming.

What is included

What we run for you

Customer and mechanism research

Reviews, comments, competitor ads and customer language are mined before a single ad is written, so angles come from real buyers, not swipe files.

Angles matched to awareness

Every concept is built for one Schwartz awareness level, from unaware stories to most-aware offers, so the ad says what that buyer needs to hear.

Sub-avatar laddering

One product, several buyer types. Each sub-avatar gets its own angles, so one tired hook never carries the whole account.

Advertorial top of funnel

When the product needs explaining, cold traffic goes to an advertorial or listicle first, split tested against the product page on cost per purchase.

Compliance-first supplement copy

Structure and function claims, no disease language, and landing pages that match the ad, so Meta review does not take the account down mid-launch.

Weekly testing loop

New concepts every week, judged on cost per purchase, with winners scaled and losers cut by the same rule every time.

How it works

How we run it

  1. 01

    Research the buyer

Customer language, objections and competitor angles, collected before any ad is written.

  2. 02

    Build the angle library

Mechanisms and hooks mapped to awareness levels and sub-avatars, written compliance-first.

  3. 03

    Launch and test weekly

A steady batch of new concepts each week, judged on cost per purchase, not likes.

  4. 04

    Scale and iterate

Winners get budget and variations; what we learn feeds the next batch.

FAQs

Creative System Rebuild questions

What is a creative system rebuild?

It replaces one-off ads with a repeatable process: customer research, angles mapped to awareness levels and sub-avatars, an advertorial top of funnel where the product needs explaining, and a weekly test and scale loop. The goal is a steady supply of winning ads, not a single hit.

How do you apply the Schwartz awareness levels to Meta ads?

Match the ad to what the buyer already knows. Eugene Schwartz's Breakthrough Advertising (1966) defines five levels: unaware, problem aware, solution aware, product aware and most aware. Unaware buyers get stories and advertorials, problem-aware buyers get the problem named and a new explanation, solution-aware buyers get your mechanism, product-aware buyers get proof, and most-aware buyers get the offer and a product page.

How do supplement brands avoid Meta ad rejections?

Meta reviews the whole funnel: ad text, images, targeting and the landing page. Supplement ads get rejected for disease claims (treat, cure, prevent), for implying the viewer has a health condition, and for transformation imagery that shames. Write structure/function benefits, speak about the product instead of the viewer, make the landing page match the ad, and fix the cited issue before you request a review.

How much does it cost?

Pricing depends on scope. It would be misleading to quote a number without seeing your setup. We work month to month with no setup fee, so there is no long lock-in.

How fast will I see results?

Marketing is not a light switch. It is testing, optimizing, and scaling. The creative rebuild lands in weeks, the compounding shows over the first 60 to 90 days. We set that expectation on day one instead of overpromising on day one and disappointing on day thirty.
