Core flows
Welcome, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase and win-back flows, built and written for your buyers.
Most Shopify brands either under-build their flows or over-trust their email dashboard. We set up and run Klaviyo for DTC brands: the core flows, campaigns and deliverability, with email revenue read next to Shopify's own numbers so the channel is judged on orders it actually drove.
Welcome, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase and win-back flows, built and written for your buyers.
Campaigns and email design planned around your launches, offers and calendar.
Sending set up for Gmail, Yahoo and Outlook rules, with Google Postmaster checked, because Gmail does not report spam complaints back to Klaviyo.
Klaviyo's attributed revenue read next to Shopify's email-click view, with UTM tracking switched on, so the number you report holds up.
Read the guideCoverage and revenue per recipient by flow, so the biggest missing or weak flow gets fixed first.
Cancel flow, dunning and renewal emails for subscription brands, where retention is won or lost.
Read the guideSignup forms, list growth and inbox placement first, since no flow earns from emails that never land.
The core flows live and written for your buyers, starting with the ones that are missing.
Revenue per recipient tracked by flow, with the weakest high-volume flow fixed next.
Campaigns around launches and offers, judged against Shopify, not just Klaviyo.
On Klaviyo's default attribution, the average is about 19% of total revenue, from a 2026 study of 619 Klaviyo accounts averaging $483,000 a month. That default credits an order to any email opened or clicked in the previous five days, Apple's automatic opens included. Read it next to Shopify's email-click view, keep attribution settings fixed, and judge email by flow revenue per recipient.
Klaviyo. Our email lead runs Klaviyo for US DTC brands on Shopify: welcome, abandoned cart and post-purchase flows, weekly campaigns and email design.
Work in this order: list capture, deliverability across Gmail, Yahoo and Outlook, flow coverage, flow quality, then campaigns. Fixing a flow does nothing if the emails are not landing or nobody is joining the list.
Pricing depends on scope. It would be misleading to quote a number without seeing your setup. We work month to month with no setup fee, so there is no long lock-in.
