Meta media buying
Campaign structure, budgets and bidding run by a senior buyer, with creative volume scaled alongside spend.
Read the guideAds and pages are usually run by different people, so each side blames the other when CPA climbs. We run both: Meta account structure and testing cadence on one side, landing pages, product pages and checkout on the other, judged on the same numbers, cost per purchase and revenue per session.

Read the guideStep rates from session to order on each landing page, scroll depth against where the buy button sits, checkout completion by flow and the offer math, with leaks ranked by orders per day.
Read the guidePages built for the ad that sends traffic to them: advertorials and listicles for cold traffic, focused product pages for warm buyers.
Read the guideSame-ad split tests judged on cost per purchase and revenue per session, sized to the traffic you actually have.
Read the guideSurprise costs, broken mobile steps, subscription offers and bundles checked before anyone redesigns a page.
Read the guideRevenue per session next to ROAS, so media and CRO are judged on the same numbers and nobody hides behind their own dashboard.
Read the guideAd account, landing pages and checkout pulled apart, step by step, from click to order.
The step losing the most orders per day gets fixed before anything cosmetic.
Pages, offers and creative tested on the same traffic, judged on cost per purchase.
Budget moves to the ads and pages that win, on rules, not mood.
A real CRO audit measures the money path: step rates from session to order on each landing page, how far visitors scroll versus where the buy button sits, checkout completion by flow (Shop Pay, other express, standard) and the offer math. It ends with leaks ranked by orders per day and a test plan sized to your traffic. A list of popups and button colors is not an audit.
Match the page to how aware the visitor is. Retargeting and catalog ads belong on the product page. Cold traffic that already knows the product category can go to a focused landing page or listicle. Cold, problem-aware traffic usually needs an advertorial or quiz first. Decide with a same-ad split test judged on cost per purchase and revenue per session, not click-through rate.
Traffic matters more than the tool: detecting a 10% lift from a 2% conversion rate needs roughly 80,000 sessions per variant. Below that, test big swings like offer and page type.
Pricing depends on scope. It would be misleading to quote a number without seeing your setup. We work month to month with no setup fee, so there is no long lock-in.
Marketing is not a light switch. It is testing, optimizing, and scaling. The creative rebuild lands in weeks, the compounding shows over the first 60 to 90 days. We set that expectation on day one instead of overpromising on day one and disappointing on day thirty.
